Privacy policy

Effective from October 8, 2026

This explains what data Ozodkor keeps about you, why, and who can see it. By creating an account you consent to this processing of your data.

1. What data we keep

What you provide yourself: your name, email address, profile (who you are, about you, city, skills, price, links to your work), photo, listings, bids and reviews.
We do not keep your password: the database holds only an irreversible fingerprint of it, from which the password cannot be recovered.
Chat messages — in encrypted form.
Technical data: the time of actions on the site and, to protect against password guessing, the address that failed sign-in attempts came from (kept only briefly).

To make the platform work: to show listings and profiles and connect clients with freelancers.
To check what is published, handle reports and protect people from fraud.
To send you notifications about moderator decisions, bids, reviews and new messages. You can turn emails off under Account.

All visitors see what is published: your profile and photo once approved, your listings, reviews and rating. Your email address is not shown to visitors.
A conversation is seen by its participants. A moderator sees only the messages a participant attached to a report.
The main admin can open a conversation when handling violations; every such view is recorded in a log.
Secret messages are seen only by the recipient — neither moderators nor the main admin can see them.

We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
The moderation team receives notifications about new accounts, listings, profiles and reports in a private working Telegram channel. They contain the author's name and email and the text of what was published. Chat messages are not sent there.
Emails are sent through a mail service, and the site runs on a rented server. These companies process data only to keep the site working.
Data is given to state bodies only on a lawful request.

Data is kept on the platform's server, which may be located outside Tajikistan. By creating an account you consent to this transfer.
Data is kept for as long as your account exists. Secret messages are deleted 24 hours after being read, unread ones after 7 days.
Hidden details are removed from an uploaded photo: where and when it was taken and the phone model.

You can change your profile and listings on the site at any time.
You can delete your account yourself under Account. It closes right away and is hidden from everyone; for 30 days you can restore it by signing in again, after which your data is deleted for good. While there are unresolved reports about the account, deletion is postponed.
After deletion, only what also belongs to other people remains: messages you sent stay with the other person, signed “Deleted account”, and your reviews of others stay without your name.
You can ask us to show what data we keep about you or to correct it — write to us.
You can withdraw your consent to data processing; in that case the account will be deleted.

The site uses only necessary cookies: to remember that you are signed in and which language you chose.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on the site.
