Terms of use

These are the rules of the Ozodkor platform. By creating an account you agree to them. We tried to keep them short and free of legal language.

1. What Ozodkor is

  • Ozodkor is a platform where clients post tasks and freelancers offer services and respond to orders.
  • We take no part in your deals: we are neither the client nor the freelancer, and we do not accept payments. You agree on price, deadlines and payment between yourselves.

2. Your account

  • You must be over 18 to create an account. One person, one account.
  • Use a real email address: the confirmation code and the password recovery link are sent to it. Disposable mailboxes are not accepted.
  • Do not share your password. You are responsible for what is done from your account.

3. Listings, profiles and reviews

  • Listings, profiles, photos and reviews appear on the site after a moderator checks them.
  • Tell the truth: about yourself, the task, the price and the work done. Your profile photo must be a real photo of you.
  • You may not publish: illegal goods and services, fraud, other people's personal data, insults, advertising unrelated to the order, or the same listing many times.
  • Contact details are not placed in listings or profiles: the on-site chat is there for that.

4. Chat

  • The chat is for discussing orders and services. Threats, insults, extortion and mass messaging are forbidden.
  • Send passwords and access details only as a secret message: it is deleted 24 hours after it is read. Never share bank or email passwords.
  • If the other person breaks the rules, report them right in the chat.

5. Moderation and blocking

  • A moderator may reject or hide a listing, profile or review that breaks these rules. You will get the reason in the “Ozodkor” chat on the site.
  • Accounts are blocked for fraud and for serious or repeated violations.
  • If you disagree with a decision, write to us and we will review it.

6. Liability

  • We check what is published and remove offenders, but we cannot guarantee the quality of a freelancer's work or that a client will pay.
  • Before a deal, look at the other person's profile, reviews and rating, and agree on the terms in the chat — it gives you something to rely on in a dispute.
  • The site may be temporarily unavailable because of updates or failures. We try to warn about planned work in advance.

7. Changes to the rules

  • We may change these rules. We will announce significant changes in the “Ozodkor” chat on the site.
  • By continuing to use the platform after changes, you accept the new version.
